Wallets

Turnout was low today so the five of us spread out with lots of elbow room. Hope everyone feels better soon, colonoscopy (SP?) is fine, the car gets fixed and all the errands get done. We made faux leather wallets out of paper that look so real.

Then Diane showed us how to make this looped tree by cutting seven strips of paper 12 inches x 1 1/2 inches.

Card swaps:

NEXT TIME we will meet on April 17 and the card swap theme is FLOWERS.

Supply List for March 20, 2010

Meeting starts at 1 o'clock. Here is the supply list email from Diane,
"On Saturday, we will be making these really cute little (paper) wallets/purses. I am really excited about doing these and I think you guys will enjoy them as well. These are great to use as a money/gift card holder. Depending on the type of paper and embellishments you use, they can be made for girls, boys, babies, etc.
You can also make your own pattern paper with stamps and/or wheels. If you would like to do this and have a favorite stamp or stamp set, please bring it. If not, as you all know, I have lots of stamp sets and you are welcome to use any of them.
The following is a list of supplies that we will be using:
