Perfect Pearls Pigment Powder and Medium
Vibrant, brilliant, glimmery, pearlescent and bling are just a few words heard to describe how Perfect Pearls Pigment Powder looks on black cardstock that the Scrap Shack Chicks learned about today. Lori showed us 6 ways to use Perfect Pearls with Perfect Medium and now we are hooked on these products. Some of the verbs Lori used to instruct us on the techniques were Tap, Dust, Pounce, Set, and Mist.
